Returns & Exchanges
Honeybell Waterwear beachwear and cover-ups are made to make you feel confident, beautiful and protected and we back that up with our returns & exchange policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item from Honeybell Waterwear, just contact us at email@example.com within 14 days and we will give you all the details you need to make a refund or exchange!
Conditions of Return or Exchange
Important things to note to ensure you are eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:
- Original condition: not used, not washed and not worn.
- Unsoiled: including no make-up or deodorant stains
- In the same condition that you received it and must have all original swing tags and labels attached.
- In the original packaging, unaltered and unwashed.
- Returned with an accompanied Tax Invoice (provided as proof of purchase).
- Returned within 14 days of the dates on the Tax Invoice.
Please understand that we cannot accept any return items not adhering to the above conditions and any such items received by us will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns and Exchanges Within Australia
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us about your intended exchange or return including the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Style number, colour, and size you wish to return
- What exchange you'd like (if you want an exchange!)
We'd also love to hear why you'd like a return or exchange. We are a small business and we want to know if you're not as happy-as-a-clam with your purchase - it's always great receiving 5-star reviews, but we need to know about any thumbs-down experience too so we can work on giving you more great stuff!
Then package, seal and return the item you'd like to return or exchange, along with your original invoice, in an appropriate shipping satchel or envelope using a TRACKABLE service to:

Customers are responsible for the postage cost to return the item. Honeybell Waterwear will pay for re-shipping costs for exchanges (…and don't forget, if you pay via PayPal they may offer a refund for return shipping).
Honeybell Waterwear is not responsible for any lost or missing returns (as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
Once we receive the item(s), assuming you adhered to the above conditions, we will dispatch the exchange or issue a refund directly to the PayPal or credit card account which was used in the original purchase. Due to the delay with merchant accounts (which are out of Honeybell Waterwear's control), you should 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
As above, however customers are responsible for all return costs (both return postage costs and re-shipping costs) and remember to mark the package as "Returned Goods" or "Goods for Exchange" to avoid a hold-up and/or duties at customs.
A Note On Gift Cards...
Gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded. Honeybell Waterwear is not responsible for the loss of theft of gift vouchers, and they are therefore not replaceable.
